Most recently working as Global Marketing Director at Lipton Teas and Infusions, I led the global marketing teams for one of the world's most iconic tea brand.
Over 17+ years I worked in global Consumer Goods companies across Europe, APAC, and the Middle East. My expertise includes strategic marketing, innovation development, and cross-functional leadership in complex, multinational environments.
Alongside my marketing career, I hold a Master's in Psychodynamic Business Coaching. Today, I channel this dual expertise into my work as Career Coach, helping leaders and teams unlock their potential and navigate organizational challenges.
I bring a blend of commercial and coaching skills to help people and businesses grow. I am naturally interested in psychology and why we do / think / feel certain why and how it shapes our lives.
