About Me
I help mid- and senior-level professionals make career decisions grounded in objective data.
My work combines a system of validated psychodiagnostic tools with psychology-based coaching. A full diagnostic system reveals patterns that any one instrument would miss, and gives a solid starting point. It also consistently confirms something useful: the strengths people need for their next move are usually already present in the experience they've built. The work is to identify and redirect them.
I spent 17 years in international corporations, including Fortune 500 companies, most recently as Global Marketing Director, before moving into this work full time. I hold a Master's in Psychology since 2021, which is where the diagnostic and coaching framework comes from. I understand very well both the business and the person.
