Career Direction Diagnostic takes you through a structured identity analysis to help you discover your potential and build your next career step.
Key Outcome:
1. Clarity on 2-3 concrete career directions aligned with your psychology, values, and what actually energizes you based on your profile.
2. Understanding of why each direction fits - what in your nature makes this a match, what you'd be moving toward, what you'd be moving away from.
3. A concrete first action - who to talk to, what to research, what skill to test, what industry to explore - that you can take immediately.
You will know what is for you and will be read to make a move. Most people take that first action within 2 weeks.
The psychological assessment will be based on the 2 layers:
Inner potential — the natural strengths, thinking and perceiving styles you were born with
Drivers and motivators — what gives you energy and meaning, and how to be yourself more
