Career Pause Program focuses on identifying the burnout symptoms and causes. We will work on both: starting from softening the symptoms and then moving to discovering the real causes.
Imagine an iceberg, where you see only the tip of it, and the rest is hidden under water. Your symptoms is the tip of the iceberg. What is under water are the true causes.
When working on causes and not only symptoms, you are able to manage your burnout better.

Discovery Session - 30 min (FREE)
Pre-work: Burnout assessment test
Session 1 - Working with Symptoms - 1 hour
Session 2 - Working with Causes - 1 hour
Session 3 - Emotional Intelligence Building - 1 hour
Session 4 - Building New Patterns - 1 hour
This program is for people who are ready to work on their burnout. If you have serious mental health issues - you should address those issues with the healthcare professional.
